Scalloped Potatoes

Slice potatoes 1/4" thick, place in large pot and par-cook. The potatoes should be still firm. Then mix 25 oz. of potatoes with 25 oz. Au Gratin Base and fold until the potatoes are coated. Transfer the blend to a bake-able dish and top with 4 oz. of cheddar cheese and bake at 350 F. for 30 minutes.

Potato Gratin with Ham

Slice potatoes 1/4" thick, place in large pot and par-cook. The potatoes should be still firm. Then mix 17.6 oz. of potatoes with 131 oz. Au Gratin Base, 1.3 oz. Ham Base and 0.05 oz. salt and mix. Transfer the blend to a bake-able dish and cook at 350 F. for 30 minutes.
