Shrimp Scampi Linguini

3 oz Scampi butter sauce
8 oz peeled and deveined raw shrimp 41-50ct
12 oz cooked linguine
1 oz water

In a heated sauté pan, add the 3 oz of Scampi butter sauce, 8 oz of raw shrimp, and 1 oz water and cook over medium to high heat until shrimp are fully cooked and sauce is smooth approx.. 8 minutes. Add cooked linguini to sauté pan and toss to coat and heat noodles. Serve with a lemon wedge garnish

Brown Sugar Cinnamon Carrots

10 fresh or frozen sliced carrots
1 oz Darifair Brown Sugar Cinnamon butter sauce
Microwavable bag

Add Brown Sugar Cinnamon butter and fresh carrots into a microwave steam bag. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Remove from microwave and shake to distribute sauce then serve.

Baked Seabass with Romesco Sauce

Place a 7 oz. fish filet into an oven proof dish. Coat the seabass with 1 oz. of Darifair's Romesco Sauce and bake at 350 F. for 8-10 minutes or until done. Serve with Italian Herbed Broccoli and Rice
