Mediterranean Chicken Salad

1 lbs of cooked diced Chicken breast
8 oz Darifair Acidified Salad dressing base
2 oz diced red onion
1 ½ oz chopped fresh herbs
4 oz dried Cranberries
2 oz toasted almond slices
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt

Mix salt and sugar with Acidified Salad dressing base. Gently stir in all ingredients until fully incorported. Keep refrigerated.

Tuna Salad

 8 oz Albacore tuna, drained
3 oz Darifair Acidified Salad dressing base
1 oz diced celery
1 oz diced onions
1 Tbsps. salt
1 Tbsps. sugar

Mix salt and sugar with Acidified Salad dressing base. Add all remaining ingredients and gently in to complete incorporate. Keep refrigerated

Asian Slaw

6 oz thinly sliced red cabbage
10 oz thinly slice green cabbage
3 oz sliced green onion
8 oz Darifair Acidified Salad Dressing base
1 oz Mirin
1 oz soy sauce
2 tbsp. Wasabi powder
2 tbsp. Fresh ginger
1 tbsp. Sesame oil
2 tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Onion powder
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Sesame seeds, white
1 tbsp. Sesame seeds, black

Mix together Acidified salad dressing base, Mirin, wasabi powder, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, sugar, onion and garlic powder, and salt. Mix well. Add red and green cabbage, green onions, and sesame seeds and mix together. Let sit refrigerated for 1 hour to allow cabbage to soften.
