16 oz. water
20 oz. Daricream
0.25 oz. garlic puree
0.2 oz. salt
7 oz. parmesan cheese, low moisture
0.85 oz. starch, modified
Whisk starch into the water and make a slurry. Blend the slurry with the Daricream, add garlic, salt and butter. Pour the liquid blend into a large pot and heat to a boil, then lower the heat to a simmer. Cook until the temperature reaches 185 F. Turn off the heat, cover the pot and hold for 10 minutes. Then add the parmesan and whisk into the sauce.
1 quart Daricream Natural
2 cups liquid eggs (scrambled uncooked eggs)
1 cup diced ham
1 cup diced sausage
½ chopped bacon
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Mix Daricream Natural and liquid eggs. Dice biscuits into 1 in dice and line the bottom of a baking pan. Layer in diced ham, sausage, and bacon. Pour in Daricream and egg mixture. Spread shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
