Sour Cream Dip

8oz Cream Cheese (softened)
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained
1 cup Sour Cream
10 dashes hot sauce
¾ teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon pepper
2 sliced green onions
1 ¼ teaspoon finely chopped basil
½ teaspoon minced garlic

Puree the cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, sour cream, hot sauce, salt and pepper in a food processor. Add the green onions and continue to mix in the basil and garlic. Serve at room temperature with bagel chips, crackers or toasted pita bread.

Sour Cream Dill Sauce

½ cup Sour Cream
1 tablespoon chopped dill weed
¼ teaspoon garlic salt

In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, dill weed and garlic salt, set aside before serving on grilled salmon or crab cakes.

Mexican Layer Bean Dip with Sour Cream

1 cup Sour Cream
1 tablespoon taco seasoning

In a small bowl, stir together the sour cream and taco seasoning mix. Spoon the sour cream mixture on top of the layer of refried beans, guacamole, lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sliced olives and green onions. Serve immediately.
