Back in the mid-80’s, restaurants, wholesalers and just
about every other company in the food industry wished
that someone would come along and provide top quality
dairy products nationwide, while offering great prices
and unwavering consistency. In 1985 such a company finally
emerged. That company was DARIFAIR® FOODS, INC.. Chartered as America's
first "national" dairy supplier, Darifair was an instant success.
In the years to follow, lots of competition would come
and go but Darifair remained an industry leader recognized
for high-value dairy items, great service and a dedication
to innovation. Today, Darifair continues to grow and pioneer.
In just the last few years, the company has expanded it's product line to include
culinary items, introduced revolutionary products like
Identi-cal Plus Cream Replacer and has just moved to an
expanded headquarters featuring a cutting-edge research
kitchen.

| Our History |

In 1948, Aaron Block co-founded Reddi Wip whipped cream.
Not only did this lay the foundation of what would ultimately
become Darifair, just as importantly, it established a
tradition of innovation, quality and service that continues
to this very day.
In 1957, Mickey Block, current chairman of DARIFAIR® FOODS, INC.
revolutionized the industry when he built and managed
the U.S.’s first UHT dairy plant. By always delivering
even more than the customer expected, a loyal client base
began to grow.
In 1985 Darifair was chartered as America's first "national"
dairy supplier. As the years passed, the company continued
to succeed through proactive product development geared
exclusively to each customer's individual dairy needs.
With Darifair’s reputation for helping clients grow their
business, it wasn’t a surprise that demand from across
the nation arose for Darifair to expand into culinary
offerings. In 2002, “The New Taste of Darifair” did just
that. Now, along with industry-leading dairy products,
restaurant chains and industrial manufacturers can also
turn to Darifair for everything from biscuit blends to
sandwich spreads.

Darifair’s dairy production is managed from multiple facilities
strategically located throughout the United States. These
facilities adhere to the highest of quality control standards
